A montage from a recent North Wales wedding film — Stori by Mona Digital.

your day, quietly
told.

Stori is the wedding studio at Mona Digital. Documentary-led films and quiet, romantic photography for couples across Anglesey, Eryri and the wider North Wales coast.

Slow film. Real moments.

Most wedding videos look the same. Drone shot, suit-up, first look, ceremony, speeches, dance. Fine, but anonymous. Stori works in a different register — slower, quieter, more interested in the moments between the moments. The way a grandmother holds the bride’s hand before the aisle. The pause before the first vow. The quiet half-laugh that follows a speech. We don’t miss the big things; we just don’t make them the only things.

The film and photography are made together, by the same hands, in a documentary register. No staged kissing. No drone-over-coast cliché. No 90-second hyperpop edit. What you get back feels like the day actually felt — paced, earned, rewatchable in twenty years.

Moments we keep.

The film.

A documentary-style wedding film, edited slowly, with the day’s natural sound and a music bed chosen with you. Delivered in three cuts: a 60-second teaser for sharing, a 4–6 minute highlight film, and a 15–20 minute long-form edit that includes the ceremony, vows and speeches in full.

  • full ceremony coverage — multi-cam, two angles minimum.
  • natural sound — vows, speeches and laughter, recorded properly.
  • three cuts delivered — teaser, highlight, long-form.
  • bilingual subtitles — Welsh and English, on request.

The photography.

Natural light wherever possible, photographed with a cinematic eye to match the film. Real reportage on the day, then a small, considered set of formal portraits. Edited tonally so the album reads as one piece, not a folder of mixed exposures.

  • full-day coverage — preparation through to first dance.
  • ~500 edited frames — no ten-version selects, no filler.
  • tonally graded — consistent across the full album.
  • online gallery — private, downloadable, share with family.

Wedding film & photography — questions we hear often.

For anything specific to your date, venue or scope, get in touch directly.

How much does a wedding videographer cost in North Wales?

Stori film packages start from £1,200. Photography-only from £900. Combined film and photography from £1,800. Every wedding is different — get in touch with your date and we'll confirm exact pricing.

Do you do bilingual Welsh and English wedding films?

Yes — bilingual delivery is standard. Welsh is Dafydd's first language so this is a natural part of how we work, not a translation service bolted on at the end.

What areas do you cover for weddings?

Anglesey (Ynys Môn), Gwynedd, Conwy, the Llŷn Peninsula, Snowdonia (Eryri) and the wider North Wales region. We also travel for weddings UK-wide — a travel supplement may apply for venues outside North Wales.

How long until we receive the film?

Highlight reels are usually delivered within 2–4 weeks. Long-form films take 8–12 weeks after the date. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

Do you work with one or both of us shooting?

Solo for the photography-only collection. Combined film + photography is shot by Dafydd as the lead, with a second shooter brought in for ceremony coverage on larger weddings — fixed scope, never a junior.
