The thumb stops on movement.

Static gym photos don’t convert. Reels do. Core is built around movement-first capture — gimbal, slow-motion, tight rhythmic cuts, off-camera flash where it earns its keep. Every shoot leaves with a stack of vertical-first content engineered for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts in the actual order you’ll post them.

The goal isn’t the ‘pretty gym photo’. It’s the post that gets a member booking a session before they finish their commute home.

Core fitness content — common questions.

For anything specific to your brand, gym or athlete, get in touch.

How much does fitness photography cost in North Wales?

Core packages start from £450 for a half-day shoot. Full content days (a month of posts in one visit) start from £850. The production retainer from £750/month locks in a content day every month — assets delivered, you handle the posting. (If you want the posting handled for you too, that's Boost — see boost.) Every project is quoted individually based on scope.

Do you do content days for personal trainers?

Yes — content days are the most-booked Core service. A full day produces 4–6 short-form reels, 30+ edited stills and a 60-second brand film. Most PTs use this to bank a month of social content in one shoot.

Can you film at any gym across North Wales?

Yes — Anglesey, Bangor, Caernarfon, Conwy, Llandudno and Wrexham are all within regular shooting range. Recent Core shoots have been at Enzone Bangor and Luis Gym Bangor among others. Independent gyms, chains and PT studios all welcome.

Do you do bilingual Welsh / English fitness content?

Yes — bilingual delivery is standard at Mona Digital. Welsh and English captions, subtitles and copy are produced together rather than translated after the fact. Especially relevant for North Wales gym brands targeting Welsh-speaking communities.

Do you only shoot bodybuilding and lifting?

No — Core covers the full sport spectrum. CrossFit, hyrox, calisthenics, yoga, athletics, climbing, swimming, cycling and team sports are all part of recent shoots. The visual approach adapts to the discipline.
