When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), company, project description, location, budget range and how you heard about us. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and quote for work.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social pixels or session-replay tools on this site. The site sets a small number of first-party preferences in your browser’s localStorage (chosen language and dark/light theme). These never leave your device.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where work proceeds, for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for HMRC accounting compliance. After that, records are deleted.

Project files (footage, edits, deliverables) are typically retained for 12 months after final delivery for client convenience, then archived to cold storage for an additional 24 months unless the contract specifies otherwise.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
