Ffrindiau Llanbedrgoch are the volunteer-run friends-of-the-village group who keep public life going in Llanbedrgoch — a small east-Anglesey village with one hall and a lot of ideas. Hwyl a Sbri y Pasg / Fun Fest at Easter, the 5K Talwrn-Llanbedrgoch road race in September, monthly meetings, fundraisers, the lot. They also helped restore the old stone chapel as a heritage and meeting space — the warm-glowing arched window that opens this film.

Menter Môn commissioned this short film as part of their wider series on community organisations across north-west Wales. We spent the day at the village hall — group meetings around the tea-table with mixed ages from teenagers to grandparents, the historic photo board, the event flyers stacked on a side desk. The group's strength is intergenerational: the film reflects that.

The film was delivered bilingually with full Welsh and English subtitles, ready for Menter Môn's social channels and partner network.
